Our Existing Commitment to ESG: Earth August E-Waste Drive
At Innov8tif, we are no strangers to embodying ESG principles through innovative and impactful initiatives. Our recent company-wide campaign, aptly titled “Earth August”, saw the launch of our E-Waste Drive, encouraging our employees, partners, and community members to participate in a meaningful environmental effort. The campaign’s core concept involved:
- E-Waste Collection: Participants were encouraged to gather and bring in their electronic waste.
- Weigh and Donate: For every kilogram of e-waste collected, Innov8tif pledged to donate RM100 to a charity of the participant’s choice.
This initiative served multiple ESG-related objectives:
- Environmental Impact: Proper disposal of e-waste, reducing landfill burden and potential toxic contamination.
- Social Responsibility: Empowering our stakeholders to contribute to charitable causes of their choice.
- Governance: Demonstrating transparent and ethical business practices by linking our environmental efforts directly to social causes.
