Innov8tif recently hosted its Quarterly Business Review (QBR) which has become a cornerstone event for the company. This event brought together every department within the company to showcase their achievements in the past year, reflect on challenges, and set goals for the upcoming quarter.
The main essence of all our previous QBRs has always laid in celebrating each department’s achievements. From sales to marketing, finance to software engineering — every team at Innov8tif takes centre stage to highlight their respective milestones and successes during the past quarter.
For this QBR in particular, an inspirational highlight was the opportunity for departments to share their success stories. These stories go beyond just numbers and provide a deeper understanding of the dedication, innovation, and effort displayed by our teams.
This time around, we also saw a continuation of our Innov8tion Challenge, whereby employees were tasked with developing and pitching their creative investment ideas for the chance to win prizes. Several teams and individual “entrepreneurs” took the stage, each bringing their unique blend of creative and innovative products to the table through masterfully crafted presentation decks.
Just as Innov8tif reflects on its past with sentimentality, the same energy of enthusiasm is placed on the path ahead. Thus, this platform also encouraged each department to set ambitious but realistic goals for the upcoming quarter.
This is done with the hopes that the outflow of ideas aligns with Innov8tif’s overall collective vision. To cultivate a forward-thinking approach ensures that we are always striving for improvement, regardless of success or failure.
For this quarter, we are doubling down on our improvements within the realm of artificial intelligence. The focus will primarily be on elevating the efficiency and adaptability of our current digital solutions systems, which will coincide with the unveiling of our newest APIs soon. Users can expect faster processing times and easily accessible solutions in the near future.
This QBR didn’t merely consist of presentations; but rather, encouraged cross-departmental collaboration. Our teams shared achievements, challenges, and goals which, in itself, presented fresh opportunities for cooperation. It is this spirit of collaboration that strengthens the interconnectedness among the many diverse departments within innov8tif.
