What Would You Be Working On?

Java (Spring MVC + Hibernate), Android, HTML5 (hybrid mobile development) … some open source products like Joget Workflow, Liferay, and JasperReports.

We are not expecting you to have already developed experienced skills with all the platforms and tools mentioned above. Positive attitude towards the learning experience, is what we’re looking forward to.

Innov8tif is a small dynamic team, and we’re looking for new team members who are aligned to our overall team culture:

• Not constantly job-hopping for the sake of salary increment.
• Looking for a place to develop your career. Yes, a rewarding career in the long term, not just another job.
• Passionate about discovering new software technologies.
• Not just a coding geek, but also keen to interact with customers and developer communities.
• Independent. Yes, this is very important. We don’t have a comprehensive hierarchical reporting or supervisory structure. Well, that’s not what we want to be.
• Know what a BarCamp is; or at least, Google it now.

Why do we not mention anything about the requirement on “years of experience”? ‘Cos we don’t believe in measuring a developer’s competency by “number of years”.
